What is Tiny Tent Soirées?

A luxury SLEEPOVER biz! Rent everything you need to throw the most AMAZING indoor sleepover ''glamping'' party!

Delivery and Service Location:
I am located in Innisfil, Ontario and deliver to Simcoe County, Essa & York Region. Locations 1-50 km from my location in Innisfil is $50.00 and locations 50-75 km is $75. This fee includes return pick up!  Delivery/return pick up by me and the delivery fee are non negotiable. 

 

Can the customer pick up the Sleepover gear?

No.  The rented Sleepover gear is insured while being transported by Tiny Tent Soirées vehicles only. No exception. 

 

Can Tiny Tent Soirées ship/mail Sleepover gear and and/or Add-Ons to a customer?

No.

Who is this for?
Children age 5+ (Must be potty trained)
Your event space must be SMOKE and STRONG ODOUR FREE.   Please do not let PETS climb or lay on the any rented Sleepover gear.

Can Tiny Tent Soirées set up a Sleepover and the customer tear it down?

No.  Unfortunately, in past experiences, customers have failed to tear down their Sleepover set up by the agreed upon time, thereby breaking their commitment to do so.

When to book a Sleepover Soirée?
Typically 4-6 weeks before your event date for a Soirée for 4-6 people.  Typically, 1-2 weeks for a Soirée for 1-3 people. I will make every effort to accommodate any last minute changes.

Can I choose more than one theme?
Yes! Absolutely! ​

How many Tent Kits do you have for each theme?
There are 8 Tent Kits per theme. 

Can I request a special theme?

There are currently have 15 Sleepover Themes available. At the moment,  Tiny Tent Soirées is not taking requests.

 How many Tent Kits can I book?
The maximum number of Tent Kits per delivery is 8.  You can book up to 20 Tent Kits total (2-3 themes). A Sleepover for more than 8 people requires multiple delivery and pick up times and charges.  Please send me a message to coordinate a Sleepover for a larger group of people.  

 

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes.  The sleepover gear is rented for a minimum of one night. If the equipment is not used at night, the minimum one night rental fee still applies. 

 

Why is the DIY Sleepover Package a 2 night rental?

I give the customer extra time for set up and tear down.  The second night is always free! 
 

How much space will I need?
The minimum space requirement for each Tent Kit is 6'x3.5' . Measure your space twice!

 

Can Tent Kits be set up outside?
No. Indoor only.

What type of payment do you accept?
Currently I accept e-transfer to info@tinytentsoirees.com only.

When is payment due?

$100 non refundable deposit and submitted rental agreement are due upon booking.  Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. No exception.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Life rarely goes according to plan.  I totally understand this one! If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please let me know no later than 48 hours prior to your event delivery time. Let's work together to re-book your event!  Please send cancellation email to info@tinytentsoirees.com

 

Terms and Conditions (rental agreement):
The rental agreement form must be submitted by the customer to complete the booking process. Click Here to view this form.​  If we do not receive a submitted rental agreement, your booking will be cancelled and you will be notified via email.  

When is my Sleepover booking confirmed?

Your Sleepover booking is confirmed when we have all the information we require to complete your booking:
 

1. The date, time, number of guests, theme selection, contact info have been established

2. Booking Confirmation Email has been sent to you

3. We receive your $100 booking deposit

4. We receive your submitted rental agreement

Your booking is not confirmed until the four steps above have been completed.  We cannot hold a date, theme or number of tents until the above steps have been completed.

Is Tiny Tent Soirées Insured?

Yes, absolutely! Finding proper insurance to cover myself, my business an my customers was a top priority when I opened my small biz.


Damage
Please do not bring any food or drink near the Sleepover gear. Please refrain from using make-up, nail polish, slime, paint, glue or any other sticky substance near the Sleepover gear.  An Item Replacement Cost List will be included with each Soirée Kit.  The Soirée host is responsible for replacing damaged Soirée Kit items.


How is the Sleepover gear cleaned?
All bed linen and most decorative cushion covers are washed with Tide Zero laundry detergent after every use. All non-launderable cushion covers are cleaned with hot soapy water and Lysol fabric cleaner. Wooden frames, bed trays, tray lights, string lights and other plastic decorative items are wiped down using Lysol wipes.

 

​Please note that my business runs out of my home.  My home is a smoke free environment, but NOT a nut and pet free home.
 

I am currently running a PureZone Air Purifier 24/7! The HEPA Filter captures dust, pollen, smoke and odours.  The UV-C Light destroys micro-organisms such as germs and viruses.  Keeping the Sleepover gear clean and sanitized is top priority.
 

How to prepare for a Sleepover Soirée?
Please ensure that an adult is home to accept a DIY Soirée Delivery.  Please bring the gear inside immediately.  When I return to pick up the Sleepover gear, please place the gear outside your front door 10 minutes prior to our scheduled arrival.

 

If I am setting up your Soirée, please have your space clean and clutter free, ready for set up!
